Civil Services - Brighton, Ontario
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Foreman, Heavy Civil oversees daily field operations for heavy civil construction projects including roadwork, water and sewer infrastructure, structures and site grading. The Foreman ensure that all on-site activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, timelines, and to Mistral Site Service’s standards. This position will provide hands-on leadership to the frontline team, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and support project delivery through strong technical knowledge and effective communication.
Mistral Site Services: Brighton/Cobourg, ON
Reporting to the Heavy Civil Manager, the Heavy Civil Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment to support earthworks, excavation, grading, and infrastructure construction projects. The Operator ensures that all equipment operations are performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements while contributing to overall site productivity and efficiency across heavy civil projects.
Mistral Site Services: Brighton/Cobourg, ON
Reporting to the Heavy Civil Manager, the Heavy Civil Labourer is responsible for supporting the efficient and safe operation of Mistral Site Services’ worksites by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks. The Labourer will handle materials, assist skilled tradespeople, operate basic tools and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
