Grafton is a charming rural hamlet located in Alnwick/ Haldimand Township, within Northumberland County, Ontario.

 

Our new community is located on a stunning hillside parcel with sweeping views of forest landscape & Lake Ontario located in the heart of Grafton with a population of just under 1,000 residents and forms part of the larger Alnwick/ Haldimand township with approximately 7,000-8,000 residents.
