Legacy Living is a specialized branch of mistral Group focused on redefining retirement and active living.
Our mission is to foster autonomy, open communication, accountability, and a genuine sense of community. With an operations team bringing over 75 years of collective expertise in retirement and lifestyle communities, and united by a passion that drives purpose, we deliver the highest quality resident-centred experiences.
We proudly serve residents in Brighton with our 124-suite independent retirement community, complemented by our 41-suite active living community slated for completion in fall 2025.
Currently under construction, our Belle Station community in Cobourg will feature 103 seniors’ apartments and 231 retirement living units.
Brighton Retirement Living
Brighton Retirement Living offers independent retirement living with access to daily amenities, social programs, and supportive services in a comfortable residential setting. Located in Brighton, Ontario, the residence is designed to support connection, routine, and ease of living.
Brighton Active Living (55+)
Brighton Active Living provides maintenance-free rental living for adults 55+, with thoughtfully designed suites and access to nearby shops, services, and green space. Homes are designed for independence, comfort, and everyday convenience.
Belle Station Residences
Belle Station Residences offers rental living in Cobourg within a walkable neighbourhood close to transit, services, and local amenities. The residence is designed to support practical, everyday living in a connected setting.
Belle Station Retirement Living
Belle Station Retirement Living provides independent retirement living options designed around comfort, accessibility, and community connection. Residents have access to shared spaces and services that support daily routines and social engagement.
Belle Station Active Living (55+)
Belle Station Active Living offers rental homes for adults 55+ who value independence and low-maintenance living. Suites are designed to support comfort and flexibility, with access to nearby amenities and community services.
