EV SIX is a low-rise rental community made up of walk-up homes arranged across thoughtfully planned buildings. Suite options range from studios to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, each designed with practical floor plans, private outdoor space, and parking included. The community plan also includes on-site amenities such as a fitness space, outdoor playground, and landscaped pedestrian pathways that connect homes throughout the site. 
 
Located in Cobourg’s East Village, EV SIX offers convenient access to downtown, the waterfront, and Highway 401.

The community is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Fall 2026.
