Yes. Condominium homes will follow a standard condominium ownership structure with associated fees. Townhouses are limited freehold homes, with owners sharing the cost of maintaining the private road and shared services.
Property taxes are determined by the City of Ottawa following completion and assessment. While final amounts are not yet available, a general estimate is approximately one percent of the purchase price.
Westside Condos 1 and 2 were designed by Hobin Architecture. The Northside and Southside Condos and the townhouses were designed by Jacqueline Green Architecture.
Phase 1 construction is underway with expected occupancy in summer 2026. A future Phase 2 is planned to begin in 2028.
Yes! We're excited to welcome those interested in The Docks to visit us at our Sales Centre at 2801 Riverside Drive in the Kodiak Building. Our walk-in hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.
