The Brighton Community Garden officially opens its gates on May 9! What started as a conversation in March becomes something permanent: a shared growing space for Brighton residents, designed for anyone who wants access to land, soil, and a reason to be outside.

About the event
The Grand Opening brings together garden founders, the people who live here, and the municipal partners who helped make it happen. Seniors, families, and first-time gardeners are all welcome.
Mistral is on-site with food, refreshments, and compost giveaways to help you get your season started.

This event will be hosted at the Community Garden Site along Rundle lane and BAL parking Lot.
